Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must meet the eligibility requirements listed below.

  • Please note that sale items (20% off or more), gift cards, and personal items such as innerwear, socks, bodysuits, and jewelry are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

  • Be free from stains, markings, odors, or damage (including perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.).

We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at munztrzz@gmail.com. Our team will assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only in cases of product defects or incorrect items.

  • For all other eligible returns, store credit will be issued (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).

  • Refund/store credit will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Please allow up to 15 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size/colour, subject to availability.

  • If your requested size/colour is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at munztrzz@gmail.com / @munztrzz (on instagram) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label (for domestic orders).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your store credit or refund.

In-Store Purchases

  • Purchases made at our physical stores can only be exchanged at the same location.

  • Online orders cannot be returned to retail stores unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

If you are located outside Sri Lanka, please email us at munztrzz@gmail.com and our team will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
